Welcome to my blog. I enjoy all things having to do with food, and this is where I tell you all about them! From social interaction to culture to health, food holds an influence on a multitude of facets of our lives.  I try to touch on all of them in this blog.

Food might be my favorite thing in the whole world. I've always known it has a powerful effect on other elements of your life, but it was not until recent events that I realized the greatest and most significant role it plays: food keeps you alive, and determines the quality at which you live. 

After some pretty serious health issues and some negative experiences with other methods of treatment, I turned to food as my medicine. I know how fruity and lame it sounds, but it really is an amazingly simple solution to a cornucopia of complex problems. In this blog, I write about how food effects my life and how my life effects my food. If you continue reading, you'll find the explanation of my food experiments in narrative form.  

Some simple changes have made really huge positive impacts on my life. Through my writing, I hope to encourage you to discover what you can do for your own health and welfare.
